Conditions governing your use of the SistemSaya platform

By accessing or using the SistemSaya platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Services.
To use our Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Our Services are offered on a subscription basis with the following plans:
Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our fees with 30 days' notice.
You are responsible for all taxes associated with your subscription. If we are required to pay or collect taxes, you will be invoiced accordingly.
We offer a 14-day free trial for new customers. At the end of the trial period, we will charge the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends.
You retain all ownership rights to your data. We do not claim ownership over any Customer Data.
We process Customer Data only as necessary to provide the Services and in accordance with your instructions.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Customer Data. Our data processing practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy.

The Platform, including its code, design, features, and S.A.Y.A.™ framework, is owned by SistemSaya and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
The Platform may integrate with third-party services. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease. We will provide you with a copy of your Customer Data upon request within 30 days of termination.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Compliance with laws is your responsibility, and the Platform is a tool to assist, not guarantee, compliance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SistemSaya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold SistemSaya harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
